Meet the team

Welcome to our staff profile pages. Have you ever wondered about who is looking after your pets while they stay with us? Feel free to read about all our staff through their very own profiles in a get-to-know-them sense and rest assured you know the type of people that your pets will become great friends with! We also employ many students that are interested in getting into the animal welfare industry to help us out during our busy season and holidays. They are always very keen, focused and willing extend their learning while working on the job.

Alan Gilder - Managing Director

Alan is one of the directors of our family business and lives locally with his wife Kirsty and their 3 children.

Having pets in the family from a very early age, going to obedience classes and ribbon parades with his mother Maureen and dogs Ben, Tessa and Jodie in his early years its no small wonder he ended up back in the family business!

After many years of obedience and agility training Maureen and her little West Highland Terriers enjoy a slower pace of life but you will still see her lending a helping hand at All Seasons.

We're in this for the long haul. With many of our customers being second generation clients we look forward to serving you for many years to come.

Karen Gilder - Director

Karen and Maureen (Mum) live locally with Karen's boys and their three Westie's, 'Kyra, Wendy and Mae'

Karen has done the hard yards in professional Grooming training and is always on hand to assist in The Groom Room, ensuring that we maintain an extremely high standard of service and quality.

Through the years Karen has worked on and off at the Kennels and now you can spot her eldest boy Nick lending a hand and working weekends too.  It's exciting to see another generation getting involved in the business - a natural progression for a family that has always had a passion for with working with animals!

Ash Budden - Supervisor

Ash is a dedicated member of staff who is keen to provide an excellent standard of service for your pet, supervising the staff and making sure guests are happy, healthy and enjoy their stay with us. We love hearing from customers about how helpful she is.

Currently on maternity leave, Ash is due to return to us around August 2017.
