Check-in procedure
Once you have checked in your pet a staff member will assist you in getting them out of your car. Please ensure that you dog is wearing a suitable collar so that we can put an i-d tag on it. We do not need to use check chains once inside our facility so they are not necessary. A staff member will then lead your dog from you through our office and into an exercise area where they will spend some time getting to know your pet. From here we will find a suitable play partner for them to enjoy their exercise time with. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR PET(S) IN YOUR VEHICLE WHILE CHECKING IN.

Check-in tips
Leaving your pet in somebody else's care can be emotional for any member of the family. When dropping of your pet(s) it is best to make the transition short and sweet, with little fuss over them and a good display of confidence in us to your pet. Of course your pet is going to miss you while you are on holiday but you have chosen us to look after your pet(s) and showing them that you are comfortable and have confidence in us will make it easier for them to settle in.
If you wish to view our facility before dropping your pet(s) off we are open for inspection 7 days a week between 2 and 3pm excluding public and school holidays. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR PET(S) IN YOUR VEHICLE WHILE CHECKING IN.
