Terms and conditions of boarding
No dogs or cats will be accepted unless up-to-date vaccination certificates are produced upon arrival for each pet.

Should your pet require veterinary attention during its stay, this will be arranged at your expense.

Every care and attention is devoted to all pets placed in our care.

We do not accept responsibility for loss or illness there to for any reason whatsoever. All care but no responsibility will be taken in all respects.

We charge daily from the time your pet(s) arrive and then daily thereafter. Collection before 11am on the day of departure will incure no daily charge. Collection after 1pm will incure the full daily rate.

We will endeavour to keep all personal belongings in good condition but will not be held responsible for any damages caused by your or other pet(s) during their stay.

Regular worming and flea treatments should be done and recorded on a regular basis to all pets and we expect all owners to be responsible for this.

All accounts must be paid in full before departure. All outstanding accounts will incure a 10% administration penalty.

Our 10% family discount applies to all customers having more than one pet stay with us for the same period of time. Not available in conjunction with any other offer. Does not apply during peak season (December 14th 2012 through until January 29th 2013 inclusive)

Any special promotions or offers are non-transferrable.

All deposits for Christmas bookings are refundable before December 1st 2011 less a $30.00 administration fee upon cancellation. As at the 1st of December 2011 any cancellation will forfeit the deposit in full.

Doggy Day Care is available Monday to Friday inclusive and excludes all public holidays and peak season dates as detailed.

Complementary Hydromassage bath vouchers are only available to new customers. We reserve all rights and all services will be performed at our discretion.
